As a product marketer, I want all the info.

I want to know everything about this lead:

  • Job title
  • Industry
  • Maybe even their morning coffee order if I could

But I have to remind myself: every extra question is a mini hurdle.

And sometimes, simplicity wins.

So now, whenever I’m setting up a new form, I take a step back and ask myself, “Do I really need this info?
